Confirmation statement
We file your company’s annual confirmation statement with Companies House and tell you when it is done.
The form asks for
- Your company name and number
- Your Companies House authentication code
- The date the statement is made up to, if you know it
- Any changes since the last statement: directors, shareholders, people with significant control, the registered office, SIC codes, the statement of capital, or anything else
- Your confirmation that the details are correct
Cost
£80 plus VAT, plus the Companies House filing fee (£50, paid at cost). Paid by card at the end of the form.
