Company formation
We register your private limited company with Companies House, usually within 24 hours of having everything.
The form asks for
- Your company name, and what the business will do
- A Companies House personal code for every director, from identity verification
- Each director’s date of birth, nationality and home address
- Who will own the shares
- Photo ID and proof of address for each director
Cost
£120 in total, paid by card at the end: the £100 Companies House fee and our £20 fee.
